Manchester City's summer spending shows no sign of slowing down, with club representatives reportedly in contact with Atletico Madrid regarding the availability of striker Joao Felix.

According to the The Athletic (£), City are keen to move for the versatile 20-year-old, who was previously on Pep Guardiola's radar back in 2019 prior to his £113million move to Spain.

It’s thought Felix may be out of favour with Atletico boss Diego Simeone, which has put the Portuguese wonderkid back on City’s radar.

The same outlet report that Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly — a long-term target of rivals Manchester United — is also on Guardiola’s summer wish list.

The Senegalese centre-back, 29, would add further strength to a position City have already improved with the addition of Nathan Ake from Bournemouth for £40m.

Arsenal look to be edging closer to a double swoop, with both Willian and Philippe Coutinho both seemingly headed for the Emirates.

Sky Sports report that Chelsea attacker Willian has been offered a three-year contract by the Gunners, which is reportedly 12 months more than the Blues tabled.

Coutinho’s contract talks are also said to be moving in a positive fashion and have been described as “advanced” by Spanish outlet Sport.

It would mark a Premier League return for the former Liverpool star, 28, who is out of favour at Barcelona and spent the 2019-20 campaign on loan with German champions Bayern Munich.

Chelsea are looking to Atletico Madrid defender Jose Gimenez as Frank Lampard bids to shore up a fragile defence.

The Daily Star report the Uruguay international, 25, will cost the Blues £60m should they manage to prise him away from the Metropolitano Stadium.

Lampard is also said to be in the hunt for Real Madrid left-back Sergio Reguilon, according to ESPN.

The 23-year-old has enjoyed a successful loan spell at Sevilla so would arrive with a wealth of top-level experience for a player of his age.

Elsewhere, Everton and Wolves could be set to fight it out for Barcelona midfielder Rafinha, according to Sport Witness.

Both clubs are said to have contacted the LaLiga giants about the Brazilian, whose brother Thiago Alcantara has recently attracted the interest of Liverpool.

Fulham are being linked with several targets as they look to strengthen for their Premier League return.

The Evening Standard report the Cottagers are looking to hijack Southampton’s move for Tottenham full-back Kyle Walker-Peters, while Sky Sports suggest they will also rival Crystal Palace for Bournemouth star Ryan Fraser.

Brentford, beaten by Fulham in Tuesday’s Championship play-off final, are gearing up for a challenging month as they attempt to hold onto their prized assets.

Failure to secure promotion has alerted several Premier League teams to the Bees’ star players.

Talented full-back Rico Henry is on the radar of Leeds, West Brom, West Ham and Brighton, according to the Daily Mail, while the same report suggests attacking duo Ollie Watkins and Said Benrahma are interesting Aston Villa.
